The most common are: Lose Weight Eat Healthier Be a better person Spend less, save more Spend more time with family and friends Exercise more often Learn something new Find a better job If you don’t have a new year’s resolution I want to challenge you to do two things:
1. Know God
2. Live healthy

To help you KNOW GOD & LIVE HEALTHY I believe that the better you get to know God the better you will be.
I also believe the healthier you are the better you will feel including having an amazing amount of energy. You’ll be an inspiration to many. Two challenges this week.
